These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and TJ Power Health Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase DOSE® cards or use our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or differences in display settings.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We accept all major card methods via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched promptly after payment is received.
- Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.
- You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays or customs checks.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Your right to cancel (UK/EU customers)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email tj@thedoselab.com within this period.
Refund process
- You are not required to return the goods to receive a refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with details and photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
6. International Orders
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
- Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the price paid for the product in question. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such limitation is unlawful.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on our website are owned by or licensed to TJ Power Health Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
